God Not Another Mall in the Already Crowded Metro
Last month I got to check out Robinsons Magnolia – the newest mall that replaced the once happy ice cream place most families grew up with – Magnolia Ice Cream House.
While most of the stores aren’t open yet, the stores, dining choices and layout resembles a combination of SM Megamall, Trinoma and Robinsons Place.
SM might as well tear down their dying SM Sta Mesa and turn it into a park, unless they want their basement to be submerged again. (lol)
Kinda disappointed to see every vacant lot around cities being turned into either a condo, commercial area or mall. What about the traffic? Can’t it be a garden for once? It’s getting more horrible and congested to get around.
Back to the mall, the once vast Magnolia Ice Cream House is now a little ice cream shop.
Okay, while I hate to see another mall crammed into an already crowded area, there are some things I still liked about Robinsons Magnolia
Outdoor areas on all floors
The construction across is the Robinsons magnolia condo which gives them easy access to the mall
Foodcourt area that actually looks like an enjoyable place to dine in
Lastly, their cool lights that greet you at the lobby and wide hallways
Overall, it’s a good place to catch a movie, dine with loved ones, shop and have your beauty treatments done. The total mall area is just right and not tiring unlike MOA or trinoma. It offers a good selection of premium fastfood, restaurants and retail brands. It is wheelchair friendly, even the pick up and drop off areas. You will enjoy the big outdoor area (garden and alfresco dining) and spacious hallways. All comfort rooms have soap and toilet paper. Breastfeeding station is also available near the kid stores. On their main entrance, you will find services shops conveniently located for pickup or drop off in case you are driving alone and do not need to park just for those errands.

Christmas decor 2016
It is a tradition that they place a grand Christmas tree at their lobby. This year they stepped it up by adding mannequins.
