This sign is mostly just a decoration in the Philippines when using public restrooms.
It is shocking to see that even ladies who appear well-groomed with their stylish hairstyle and thick makeup do some of these annoying habits.
So please ladies, be mindful of these public toilet manners whether you are in the workplace or at the mall. The most unexpected thing is that church is no exception and these disgusting habits can also be experienced.
Annoying toilet habit #1
Not Flushing the Toilet
“Ay miss, miss, di na flush” – the lady next in line called the attention of the previous occupant.
“Ay sorry” – the previous occupant lady goes back and flushes the toilet.
I commend this lady for educating the previous occupant to flush the toilet while waiting in queue inside the ladies washroom at Robinson’s Galleria.
Normally I would just grudgingly flush it, cursing the previous occupant.
Proper toilet Etiquette:
Flush the toilet after you do your business.
How many people does it take to flush the toilet? One.
How many seconds does it take to flush a toilet? One.
You have heard CLAYGO (clean as you go) repeatedly everywhere so make sure you push that simple lever down or up and make sure all your shit and pee are sucked in before you leave. (rant)
Annoying toilet habit #2
Not cleaning their own messy urine or blood left on the toilet seat
Don’t you just find it disgusting when you really need to relieve yourself and you find the toilet seat left wet by the previous occupant?
Sometimes I feel like I want to shove their face on the toilet seat or push them to sit on their own urine letting them know how disgusting it is so that they would not do it again.
This happened to me personally when the previous occupant was a lady who has well-styled hair and overly thick makeup almost looking like a celebrity but with shit toilet etiquette.
Proper toilet Etiquette:
Wipe the toilet seat clean after you use it with wet wipes and alcohol.
Annoying toilet habit #3
Leaving shoe marks on the toilet seat.
Unless you are in China, stepping on the toilet seat is not just inconsiderate but also unsafe if you slip and fall.

Use the toilet seat down and sit.
Wipe it first using wet wipes with alcohol before taking your seat on the toilet.
Annoying restroom habit #4
Leaving the floor wet with urine.
Why would you even go in the cubicle if you will just pee on the floor? You might as well just pee on the sink. Imagine getting your shoes not just wet but absorbed with pee from the floor and the thought of entering that cubicle only wearing sandals or flipflops.
Proper restroom etiquette
Use the toilet seat.
If you created a mess on the floor then either ask help from the maintenance staff or grab the mop lying around to wipe it clean if the staff is not available.

Leaving tissue paper on the floor instead of the trash can.

Pick up and throw your trash.
If you missed throwing your trash then pick it up and dispose it properly instead of leaving them on the floor.
Annoying restroom habit #6
Ignoring the queue or not knowing how to properly queue.
When all cubicles are occupied this is the lady who ignores and walks past the line then waits directly in front of the cubicle instead of by the first cubicle near the exit to wait for the soonest available cubicle.
