Pedro N Coi is a fun, festive Filipino restaurant. It is owned by celebrity couple Shamcey Supsup and Lloyd Lee. Imagine you are part of a free filipino tv shows online with backdrops like traditional Filipino windows, sari sari stores, or dining inside a jeepney.

First impressions of the Ambiance
It feels like having a filipino dinner during a fiesta celebration along the streets.
View from the inside looking outside. The Long jeepney dining table is a popular choice among the customers.
The wall decor make you feel like you’re in a traditional filipino community home design. I am amazed with what they did with the fans and turned it into a big flower decor.
Variety of Filipino window themes.
Pedro N Coi Menu – traditional Filipino dishes
Dining experience. Aside from the street side fiesta theme. The menu and table features a comic/pop art design with creative menu names playing with phrases like Tocino is to Bilib and using local celebrity names into the menu.
Upon handing you the menu you’ll be given a piece of paper and pen to fill out your order. When you are ready to order, you have to raise your hand and say “Darna!” (Filipino version of the super heroine Wonder Woman)
Their most popular Pinoy cuisine meal on the menu is the Sizling Sisig AWWWW!
The servers will literally screem “Sizling Sisig AWWWWW!” when served to you.
Food we tried – Joey de lechon
Their version of Lechon Kawali with 5 sauces. The pork skin is crispy and the meat is tender and tasty. The sauces are excellent. I liked the one that tasted like liver pate and the chopped ginger soaked in oil.
The rice serving is very generous. I think it’s more than a cup or almost 2 cups each bowl.
Pata Kang Kare Kare Ka (795 PHP) Crispy Pata and KareKare dish in one! Each ingredient served separately – the meat, vegetables, ox tripe, sauce. You can enjoy traditional Crispy Pata with crispy pata sauce and later on add your own kare kare sauce and vegetables.
KareKare is mostly known as Filipino dish with peanut butter.
The skin is really crispy and the meat taste and texture is excellent! They used real peanuts in the sauce. I definitely prefer karekare served this way rather than all ingredients mixed from now on. haha
Extra condiments served in a jeepney container
Handcrafted condiments bottles in handpainted wooden jeepney toy.
Conclusion
Pedro N Coi is a fun festive place to enjoy delicious Filipino food with an extra creative twist. It is a good place to invite your balikbayan relatives and friends for a purely pinoy food and culture experience. The decors feel like you’re part of a Filipino TV sitcom and each dish always features something extra, like how they used sauces to enhance the taste and giving generous amounts of condiments.
